About me
I am an architecture student at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, in Barcelona, in the 5th year. My name is Adriaan.
At the moment I tend to use a minimalist style in my design tasks, although I am convinced that historical buildings should be integrated into today's day-to-day life, design and urban development. Together they tell a story, and create life.
Exploring boundaries, seeing opportunities and combining different materials are all important factors in the creation of a building with a soul. I really like the adage "form follows function" made famous by Frank Lloyd Wright.
