Last year my brother and I managed to acquire this beautifully situated lakeside cottage. It is not my design (yet...). We did extensive renovating though. As we both study and live abroad, we let others enjoy it through AIRBNB.

In a couple of years this will be a perfect spot to get creative with a new design of my own.
